I test drove them all yesterday. I'm looking to trade in my truck, gas is too expensive. Too bad I really want the Magnum with the Hemi. It drives awesome and is a really good deal since it is 2005. From what I could tell the MPG is all over the place, people post very different numbers. But anything averaging over 15.7 is better than my truck. It drives nice, plenty of power when you need it. It is very comfortable too. The Jeep Compass looks pretty neat. I think the Dodge Caliber looks nicer though. The one I drove...
My home central air is about 25 years old and will not get the house below 78 degrees. And seems to cost me a fortune in electricity. So I bought a window AC unit. A 12,000 BTU one. Says it will do a 550 sq ft. So have my house. It does, it cools the living room well, but not the rooms so much, I kinda expected that. And fans blowing air in doesn't seem to be doing all that well either. Oh well. I also saw a same rated unit for $50 cheaper at another store Oh well...
Well I somehow got into my head I want a new car. I have a 2001 Dodge Dakota now. Not exactly fuel efficient. And I wanted to get rid of it while I still can. Meaning I could trade it in for more than what I owe. I really like the ugly little Dodge Caliber. So I went in today to see if they had any. Nope I guess they sell the day they get them. Crud. So I test a Magnum with a HEMI. DAAAMN its nice and fast. But I can't afford one now, maybe used though.... Well...
So there is this called Zoomr I ran across and an apparent hack on the Flickr name.. Has something to do with blogging and photos and to get an account I need to post a picture from it on my site. Well I choose this one. I want to go there. From the others in its group it looks like Fiji. Whoops apparently I have to host my OWN photo. So there's my bike.
So I was watching the BSG dvd's I got for my birthday and I notiiced in the begining 15 minutes, when Roslyn was getting her cancer diagnosis, a Firefly ship. Kind of weird and cool. Apparently someone on the animation team likes FireFly. Someone else noticed the ship too and made a page about it. Apparently some FireFly people were aorking on BSG. http://www.poobala.com/battlestarandfirefly.html I don't agree that FireFly and BSG could live in the same universe. Thats just dumb.
