Ars technica - Soap box

So a few weeks ago they opened up the forums.  Ars-Soap Box  For some reason they are pay to post.  I guess to weed out the cheap ass's, or more likely to weed out the so called trolls.  The funny thing is that many of the suscribers seem like trolls, but its ok because they paid.  I of course jumped right in and posted away.  Lots of posts.  In fact too many.  I don't know how some of these people respond to every thread, it moves faster than I'm used to.  I'm not so sure I like it there.  Too...

.NET vs PHP, I agree with this guy...

I found his site from http://wwww.haacked.com because he made a cool new skin for subtext.  I like reading his stuff the, post on Blinq was good.  I didn't really know what it did before that.  But I really do agree with his thoughts on .NET vs PHP.  Of course I've always hated PHP.http://timheuer.com/blog/archive/2006/06/15/12658.aspx

I just wish it was integrated better into the IDE. Zanebug is one that has a really neat GUI, csUnit has a neat integration part. Then there is mbUnit which I can't tell what it does. The webpage is somethig to be desired. And of course there is the option of the Team Server Unit testing. I'm not sure why they decided...

Shangri-la Diet

So somehow I read about the Shangri-La diet. I was looking for cheap, easy non-boxed diets for lunch at work and home. I want to start eating better. I found the claims pretty amazing and so simple. Of course I was skeptical, who wouldn't be? So I decided to try it out. At first I just bought some extra light olive oil and took a teaspoon of that. I decided to buy the book and read it to make sure I was doing it right. I wasn't, it should have been a...

Wii!!! First post.

First post in SubText  Cool, now to find a cool skin I like.  Hmm found this site.  The guy made a computer for his bike.  Sounds pretty sweet.  I want a GPS for my bike.  Why are the bluetooth helmet things so huge and cumbersome?  It would be nice to wear my helmet like normal and have no visible addons.  Motorcycle Computer Now to see how trackbacks work, cuz I have no idea.  And I'll have to edit ot change this skin, it's too skinny.
